Great product and easier to get in and out of for my wife
The only issue was getting it down into the basement of our trilevel home. For a man who is so close to 80 that he could spit and hit it I had and "Adventure" getting the freezer unpacked and down the three flights of stairs and into the basement. Once landing the freezer plugged in and started working right off.

Works great
Works as fridge OR freezer as it had two modes and can be used outdoors or garage in winter if needed. Most freezers are not 'garage ready' or capable of that.Love the digital temp setting and reading.

Well made freezer, but the door handle is a real problem
We ordered the 21 cu. ft. upright freezer and it arrived in perfect condition and, over the first week, seems very well made and operates flawlessly. But as they say, the weakest link is often the deciding factor and in this case, it is the door handle. I read other reviewers saying the same thing. We've tried twice now to take the handle off, carefully follow the (simple and clear) instructions, but the handle design leaves it wobbly and feeling loose. This needs to be fixed. I'd steer clear of this model and manufacturer until they can get ALL of the little things right.

Some minor damage
I think we'll like this little freezer. It arrived today (delivery people did not follow my saved instructions and went to the wrong unit and I had to find them in the condominium halls on a different floor). The box is not particularly heavy just large and bulky and the one delivery person was not so gently tossing it from side to side and into the elevator which concerned me because I could hear a jingling noise. Having moved freezers and refrigerators before I know it's important to not damage the coils or the operating motor in the back of the refrigerator and typically when purchasing these items from a store they do pack foam around that area in the back but apparently this was not. We've plugged in the refrigerator it fits perfectly so the size outside and inside is exactly as stated and expected and it is getting cold on the inside. However on the right side of the freezer, which is black, they're apparently is a clear coating of some kind which is peeling in two spots. Also on that same side at the very bottom of the appliance there are several scrapes where that clear coating is damaged. this does not appear to have occurred during shipping because it was packaged quite snugly within the box and there's no way that the side were even the bottom could have rubbed against anything again because it was packaged well on the inside of the box, so the damage must have occurred prior to packaging.

Door is NOT reversable
We use it as a back up refrigerator and it seems to work good for the 3 days it's plugged in. We bought it because it is suposed to have a reversable door as advertised. The lower door hinge can be reversed but the upper one is not reversable. We emailed the company to send us the upper left hinge but they do not respond.Update 1. The manufacturer contacted us and appologized for not updating the description of the fridge/freezer which now should be - door is not reversable. Offered $50 to keep the fridge as is. We desided to return it because the door swings the wrong way in our very limited space in the laundry room. Amazon is charging us $50 for the return shipping like it's our fault. We are being punished for the false advertizing of the seller.Update 2. We asked the seller to pay the $50 return shipping. Thay told us that they do not work directly with Amazon, but we should not be charged a return shipping because all returns within a month should be free. We contacted Amazon customer service and they said that the $50 return shipping charge will be removed when they receive the fridge back.Update 3. The date for the return window on this fridge was aproaching and we contacted the carrier. They told us that because of some mistake on their end we have no pick up date scheduled. If we did not contact them to come and pick up the fridge, we would have waited forever. Meanwhile the amount of the return was $50 short and we contacted Amazon about this. They told us that once the fridge is reseived back they will refund the full amount. The fridge was received but the amount was still $50 short. We contacted Amazon again and now they told us a different story. We are being charged for the return shipping because that's their policy. Somehow the "policy" was conveniently changed. Muhamad, the customer service representative said that there was nothing wrong with the fridge and the return shipping charge was made from the carrier and Amazon could do nothing about that. We tried to contact the seller again because they told us to do so if we had a problem with Amazon crediting back the return shipping. And conveniently again, our communication with the seller was nowhere to be found. So at the end we were punished with a $50 for going through all the trouble trying to return a folsley advertized fridge instead of at least an appology from Amazon just like the seller did and later the carrier for not scheduling the return pick up. Very, very bad experience and had I known things would turn out this way I would have stopped buying anythin from Amazon which will happen from now on. The rating goes down to one star and it would be a big ZERO if it was possible. After I finished writing this last update, I checked the description of the fridge and the "door hinge" is listed now as "RIGHT" instead of reversable like it was when we ordered it. At least we contributed to updating the description so no other people needing a reversable door fridge will have to go through our hell.

I was looking for extra freezer space for my Winter home, this little freezer works very well; has enough space, it was good price, and fits in small spaces!

Perfect for my needs.
Just the right size for the two of us. Downsized from a chest freezer. This is all we need now.
