Recomendadas, son unitalla así que no hay tanto problema a menos que seas muy grande o niño, cumplen con su función, sirven para entrenar pero no protegen completamente, si buscas unas para entrenar y eres principiante te conviene más unas más reforzadas

Les protège sont bien pour débuter ( matériel pour débuter ) le souci c’est l’upgrade il faut compter 100€ pour en avoir des adapté au plus haut niveau donc bien mais peut avoir mieux
