Circulon 78064 - Momentum - Stainless Steel Frying Pan - Total Non Stick - Induction Suitable - 25cm

First Circulon pan, I am not a great non-stick fan but for some jobs they are indispensable to a degree, so having had the coating on a Stellar pan go wrong very quickly, thought I would try the allegedly tougher Circulon coating. It is a well made, good looking, solid piece of kit.So far, after a month of light duties, eggs, bacon, prawns, tomatoes, mushrooms, black pudding and so on, it is very impressive, evenly heating, flat, requiring only reduced flame and extremely easy to clean, using very little or no oil.If it keeps this up then it will be one of my better purchases this year !

This pan looks great and is sturdy. However it is definitely NOT non stick. Using oil my first use stuck like glue and burned the residue. Very very disappointing as I expected much better. Inexpensive Oxo pans that I have owned for years still have their non stick properties so I don't understand how this one performed so badly. Certainly would not recommend if a non stick is what you value in a pan.I'm an experienced cook, so this wasn't a mistake on my behalf. My only mistake was the purchase.

At last! I got a frying pan was looking for. A real non stick , very easy to clean, nice grip, very well made. It's a bit heavy but I have no issue with it. It comes with life long warranty, however not sure how to activate it. It's the brand used by the professional Masterchef in the competition, so I hope it will not disappoint me. If however anything changes, I'll update.I think it would be fair to take one star off. It's a good pan, no doubt, however cleaning is not easy. For first few times, it was ok to clean but now, after 2 weeks of continuous use, it needs good effort to get rid of Any food residue.

Big fun of Circulon frying pans and have a few. This one has a very comfortable handle with just the right attachment angle to it. Like it more that Circulon Aluminium ones - the weight feels better in the hand.The only recommendation: although all of them are marked as dishwasher safe, it still is better to hand wash them with regular washing liquid and a kitchen sponge. will prolong the life.And careful when stacking them into one another - the surface is very tough, but still can be scratched by the bottom edges.OVerall is a great product and I'm very happy with it. will be buying smaller one too.

This pan is wonderful. Made perfect pancakes with a small amount of frylight they cooked easily and were easy to remove. Perfect size for small omelettes too. This brand is great, so easy to cook with and clean. I have bought a bigger pan with lid for pastas and stews from same brand.

I love this frying pan! I have been using it for a while now. It is well made, and the non stick coating brings effortless and even cooking. Cheaper frying pans seems to bend in the middle over time, because of the heat being centred in the middle. Not this frying pan. It is solid. Also a pleasure to clean, so easy. Money well spent.

These pans are the best for the price. Definitely non stick, great heat distribution and so easy to clean. Very strong construction. Recommended.

This is a replacement for a Circulon frying pan we have had for several years. Good quality product which I am happy to recommend. Excellent non-stick coating and easy to clean with washing up liquid and hot water.
