This does end up so cute but boy is there is alot of steps over 100. Very fun and time consuming.

I got this kit for my boyfriend's 8 year old son. I gave it to him on Christmas Eve and he immediately got to work. Safe to say that even after all the gifts he received on Christmas, he always went right back to building his fish tank.I think it had just the right amount of difficulty for an avid Lego builder like him, although I thought the directions could use a bit more instruction. I would say he spent 6-8 hours building it.Unlike other reviewers, his kit seems to have come with all the parts. Similar to other reviewers I did notice that it didn't seem to be super sturdy, especially when building the initial platform.It was such a hit I'm contemplating on buying more for my nephews once they get a little older.

It’s pretty, the way it is set up the gears to move The turtle doesn’t actually work as fully as it should. I did have a lot of pieces missing for some of the plants and for the fish, which was sad, but made it work anyways.

Awesome to assemble and looks amazing with the moving parts

My son and I are very skilled in Lego building and we’re both super patient when I comes to sets. This set is absolutely the most frustrating set I’ve ever encountered. The directions are terrible. We had a ton of missing crucial pieces and worst of all pieces don’t always stay together. So when you’re working on one part pieces pop off in another part. It’s incredibly fragile.Honestly its the most frustrating thing I’ve bought in a very long time.We’ve spent all day Christmas Day putting it together and it has not been a fun build for us. I absolutely would return it.

Final product is cool especially since it lights up. Multiple missing and broken pieces. Also had multiple extra unneeded pieces. Double checked the entire booklet to make sureCertain parts kept collapsing and the shark mechanic doesn't work super well

Some of the instructions are iffy, but for the most part it was easy to follow and put together. The last page threw me, as gravity won’t allow pieces to float LOL. I had fun building it and with my schedule it took about 3 hours over a few days with interruptions.

I was really excited to do this with my kids but it was horrible. Unmarked bags, instructions were horrible and missing pieces. So disappointing
