Why do I have to unplug and plug back in for optical pin to work each time unit has been cut off

I use the optical connection from my older visio ec70 TV and never have an issue. Could be defective or an issue with whatever you are connecting your speakers to. Try a different connection to see if that has same effect.

Yes. I have spent quite a bit of time looking for a longer 4 pin and no luck. I am most likely wrong but in doing my research it seems as though the next level up with 4 pins seems to be labeled as a microphone cable. If someone knows a hand up would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Should I buy a subwoofer or do these speakers come with enough bass that you don't need one? I will be using these speakers for a home theater

You can always add one later. I’m currently not using one. I live in a condo and the bass is plenty for my setup. Position of the speakers plays a part too. I have hooked up a powered 10” sub and that did sound great - it’s just too much bass for my small place.

Can you connect second speaker wirelessly
