this product works and taste good just too expensive. I mean good lower $20. You gotta be kidding. I tried to lesser Brandon. He was terrible so since I didn’t like to taste of the Leicester brand and I couldn’t afford this brand, we don’t no longer use

Liquid IV is overpriced, so I gave 4 stars. I used to drink the sugared version then realized it was too sticky to my teeth so I prefer the sugar-free version. I'm not able to drink coconut water due to an allergy which is an easy liquid potassium source for most people, so I drink Liquid IV as a refresher after extreme liquid depletion. Also, it's not the best to drink this often, as I knew a friend had a seizure after drinking two in one day. There is a small warning on the back of the package that mentions to not drink more than 1 per day. Drink water when you can. Unless you are sweating a lot and just ran several miles or did an equivalent substantial amount of exercise, it's ok to drink water or eat a salty snack instead and NOT overdo the electrolytes. The B vitamins in this product can be a bit excessive if you drink these too often and the risks associated with excess B vitamin consumption do outweigh the benefits of the salt and potassium. I wish there was less of a total amount of B vitamins over 100% DV. Remember to take sips and not chug, and see a doctor if you feel weird.

Great taste! I don’t drink a lot of water so this is a good way to get my fluids in at work. I usually use 1/2 packet per 16.9 ounce water bottle.

This is great for an electrolyte / energy / hydration boost and I feel better after drinking this than just water and salt alone. I like the sugar free version more than the normal version of the lemon lime. It tastes kind of like the Chinese / Taiwanese / Asian lemon aiyu you'd get at a boba place.

Gave it a try takes a couple of times to get use to the chalky taste but it disolves

Si sentí menos deshidratación con este producto, aunque caro es funcional. Si se disuelve en 2 litros es mejor y no se siente dulce.
