Easily replaced and I can’t believe I almost bought a new oven

Replacement in fan oven easy to install even for a novice like me would recommend.

Does exactly what it needs to do.

Great purchase (if you like throwing money away). Bought this element in good faith because the advertised name was "AEG Competence B1180-1-m Fan Oven Cooker 2450watt HEATER ELEMENT".When opened, the interior packaging said "Qualtex Fan Oven Element - 2000 W - To fit Whirlpool". So that means:1) no "AEG" in sight except a sticker slapped over the top of the Whirlpool bar code and model information. A real victory for trading standards.2) the wattage far too low for a 2450W oven, so it'd probably burn out if I THOUGHT about eating anything other than salad3) the wrong radius by almost half an inch - size really does matter, fellas.Disclaimer: when it arrived, I never opened the package immediately because I couldn't access the faulty element due to corroded screws, so I accept the blame is partly mine (and partly rust's).But mostly I'd still like to blame Amazon for advertising a product that bore close to no resemblance to the specifications listed.1/5: one star for having the big old brass stones to pass this off.
