We are a big fan of Comfier heated products in our household, and this is a welcome addition!It's so much easier to move around, from one chair to another, and I love that it can be folded into a pillow shape, to more easily be used on other parts of the body (it's SO nice on the neck). We've got some travel planned for this autumn, and plan to take this with us!!It will also probably be used in the car some, once the weather cools off again in a few months. The drivers seat has heating built in, but it will be nice for the passenger to also have heat (and massage)!

Charging port not robust. Not able to charge

I love the design. Just looks like a cute little pillow. Massager works great. But, this is my second one that the charge port has ripped off with the charger..

I have a more seriously grinding shiatsu machine, but I don't need that very often. I wanted something for more every day -- a little massage and heat if I need it (it does not get very hot, but you can feel it). It's comfortable. I tried this under my thighs, also, for circulation. It helps for us older people who sit too much. And I LOVE that it's cordless. I've had other chair massagers and the cords are a pain. So the jury is out on the longevity of this, but I like it. It charged well and I've used it a few times since then. So -- not a heavy-duty deep massage pillow, but a nice easy to use helper.

I love how you can zip this massager up to make it less intense. I wanted a massager I could lay on in bed and this works perfectly! It is also chargeable so you don’t have to be connected to a cord which is awesome!

Massage to rough the pillow is to thin I would not reccomend this product

Excellent unique rechargable design for this comfortable back massager. This massage cushion really helps me alleviate pain and improve blood ciculation. the best part that I can carry it and use it in the car, in the office , on the airplane or anywhere I go. I would highly recommand this to your loved ones as a gift.

The shiatsu massage and heat on this massage pad are great. Used it several times a day on my aching back! However 2 day after the final return date, the product stopped working. USB port was bent and massager does not charge! Have contacted Comfier and am waiting for a response!
