terrific product
I was concerned at first, but I tested it out, it was very stable, then I used it on a ladder in the stairway, and it feels as stable as being on a level floor. Finished my product without incident. - only downside, is it is a single use item, I don't know when else I will use it. - But it likely was cheaper than rending some other device to get them job done

Bolts do not fit, no instructions
The bolts will not fit the part that attaches to the platform, they are to big. Two bolts fit only the lower 2 holes. No other bolts included except all the same size, unable to assemble. There are no instructions also but I can figure out how it goes together. They should know there are 2 sizes of bolt screws and they only include one size of bolt that doesn't fit the main platform.

Works Great
I had smiliar issues to the comments my bolts didn't fit and no instructions included but once we got it together it worked great. We were nervous trying a new product like this but overall we were really happy it. Easy to move around and change as needed.

Safe and Stable
Werner 16' Extension Type II ladder worked perfectly with this stablizer. Feet (5.5") and width (17") easily fit within the ladder container trough. Minute differences between stair riser height is easily handled by a simple rotation of the elevation jack screw. Both the ladder container trough and jack screw have a convenient rubber pad to prevent surface scratches and prevent slippage.My packaged unit came without instructions but it was pretty simple to assemble as bolt sizes can only fit into certain holes that already had nuts attached.Unit allowed me to clean my windows in a safe manner. Very pleased with the results. 2 thumbs up!

Save your money, I want mine back
Only has 1 star because I can’t give 0. Screws given do not fit the holes they’re probably intended for, and you’d never know since you’re not going to get a preassembled product, but in fact an unassembled product that doesn’t even come with instructions to put it together. And I’m missing a nut. Just go to lowes or Home Depot don’t buy this
