Q: If this were to dry out could I pour 91% isopropyl alcohol and shake it up in the container would still get rid of bacteria like Lysolwould or better?

I'm not a chemist so I can't answer your question scientifically. Logically, you would have an effective wipe with the addition of 91%alcohol, but I wouldn't speculate that it would be "as good as" or "better" than Lysol. That seems like a stretch given that the original ingredients in the Lysol wipes have essentially evaporated.
