No Warranty provided by manufacturer
Even within warranty there is no support provided by the manufacturer. The phone numbers provided by the manufacturer answer by saying its a wrong number. Even the manufacturer phone number provided by Amazon does not work. The email sent to the manufacturer has bounced back. On top of this Amazon has not provided any resolution for this issue even after contacting multiple times. I had also purchased an extended warranty from Amazon which Amazon has not cared for. Every time after calling Amazon Im promised for a call back in 3 to 5 working days which never came. Its sad to see Amazon services deteriorate to such poor levels. Hope i get a call back from Amazon to get this issue resolved.

A high quality highly usable product better than Gas and Induction
I was skeptical about an unknown brand and was concerned about the quality and was afraid of trying out an infrared stove, but I got lucky!The beast part of the infrared heater is that it generates real heat just like a conventional coal-based stove. This makes it a multipurpose cooking utility for roasting, BBQ, and normal cooking. This is the best alternative to fuel-based stoves.It is very easy to operate for my mom thanks to the rotating control knob and very few mumbo-jumbo touch options unlike an induction stove, which makes its user interface very simple yet effective. In addition, it looks good as well.The only con it has is just like conventional stoves, it takes little longer to heat water only while compared to induction heaters.Overall, it is a very well thought & designed product. Loved it.

Good but (must) required an indian 15A plug
Build quality and performance is good. But power cable provided with European Type plug (with no earth pin). In indian 15A socket it doesn't fit firmly and earth could not be connected. The supplier is not responding to resolve this issue. I'm giving only three stars, since this plug is not safe to use. But the product is good (and may be made outside India and sold here in with Indian brand labels)

Product came with some damaged because of the sturdy build I didn’t opted for for replacement! Build frame is quiet something you wouldn’t be able to find in this range
