Q: Think this will work ok with quick release skewers?

No, I do not think it will work with quick release hubs, it attaches to the axle, if your bike has other mounting points you might be able to use them instead

Q: Will this fit the new fat bikes with extra wide tires?

It might. Two things to consider. The width of the uprights is not adjustable but has a little give. If the Fat Bike has standard width hubs/forks, it should fit. However, I have seen some Fat Bike wheels with front hubs as wide as 135mm. Not sure this rack would fit that width. Second consideration is the width of the tire. Assuming the fork/hub is standard, a 26 x 4.0 tire might have clearance, a 26 x 5.0 tire might be pushing it, especially considering that you may need extra clearance for mud or snow for which the Fat Bikes were designed. Good luck to you, those Fat Bikes sure look fun.

Q: Will this fit a bike with disc brakes?

I have disk brakes on my bike. No problem

Q: Could I have the length measurements for the posts? Someone said that the height is adjustable? My handlebars curve down low near my tires.

Mine are set at about 16 1/5". They are adjustable. I am using the first setting my past 0.
