They were supposed to be size 13-14. Nope! The bottoms fit my granddaughter but not the top. I’d say it’s probably an 8-10

Arrives very late and size is way, way off.
It was a Christmas gift that arrived late. I did not know it was coming from out of the country or I would not have bought it. Sizing is totally inaccurate. A 9/10 is actually a 5/6. Waste of time & money.
