Giving another try.
First time I bought this unit I was impressed by its clean look and its design. I have 4X327=1,308.00 watts of Solar Panel in series and parallel connection giving me about 120 VDC for my PV input. I’m using it for my Off Grid System since it’s not compatible with (Edison) 2 phase 240 VAC. The idea is to power my mini split type air-condition to save cost from electric bill. I sit down/observe on weekend before decided to leave it alone for week days. It works great but not perfect, had some issues like warm to the touch above the displayed screen, it draw a lot juice from my battery's. Really not an issue if I have massive amount of battery bank. Few days before the 30 days return policy my battery dc circuit breaker side (63amp) trips and almost keep doing it on a regular basis. The last 2 days of the return policy I notice that my indoor unit air-con blower fan acting up like on/off continuously. I check my controller and I notice my VAC output giving me 230V then 0 and so on. That Sunday night decided to return my unit the next day 08/14/23 thinking of getting another brand probably cost more $ but with quality and good reviews online but ended me giving another try for this unit. Fortunately! I received the replacement unit yesterday 08/16/23 kudos! for that. I Installed last night hopefully! never had any issue again. For now I will give a 3 star until it proves this unit is worth to keep. Will giving you more update since I have another 29 days to observes. 2nd Update 09/16/23 After 30 days observation I did some minor tweak/upgrade with my system. I replaced my (2) 12V 100Ah with (1) 24V 200Ah battery and 63A-100A DC Circuit Breaker but can handle 125A based on stickers behind the unit and the rest are history. It’s worth ($) to invest more aesthetic it’s like 2 or 3 in 1 unit instead of having 2 or 3 unit hanging on the wall. The display itself gives you more than enough details/data of what is going on with inverter. I don’t have any more negative things to say about this unit and I’m hoping will last several years of usage and I’ll give this inverter unit 5 Star…

Unreliable, bad/no customer support. Stay away.
Update: Support response was. "Thank you for contacting us for Y&H after-sales support. Please disconnect all connections and use the battery to connect the inverter separately. (The battery must be fully charged) If it is still a travel error 09, then the motherboard needs to be replaced." I had tried sending a response twice and no response, so I guess im now ghosted. Uploading a photo of the motherboard where the parts ended up frying, and was only running 13 amps when it happened. System failed after 5 months of good use I got surprised with error code 09 - BUS Soft Start Failed / Internal Components Failed. In addition, the systems voltage meter reads 0.2 volts over the actual double-confirmed voltage, meaning you might not get a complete charge. As I'm outside of the return window so I am contacting their vendor support via their website to see if they can help. I will update if I get a satisfactory resolution. Still a shame about the reliability so you should have a backup replacement system ready to step in or be okay with this system going down and being without power for a while. But then again, what do you expect with something relatively cheap for what you get. Still, it's nice to have the option to charge batteries via AC. I am currently confogured for Off-Grid so I haven't tried the redundancy setup with solar priority or AC priority, but I'm assuming those would work. EDIT: The end solution that was offered was being sent a replacement motherboard and needing to pay $121 in shipping and needing to perform the repairs myself.

Couldnt run anything even 1000W without blowing.
Bought two. Both have failed to run even a 1100w microwave. First, Im not a newbie, I have had a 3200W Ecoworthy for several years which has been bulletproof for me in the Caribbean during power outages running 4 lithium batteries and now also run a 6000W Growatt split phase inverter has been great running on 8 car batteries for a year now on my paraguay farm. These Y&H inverters should be similar but somehow seem to blow every time I try them on anything larger than a light bulb. I know the usual trick is having large enough cables to the battery so they can draw enough current - nah not that - I even tried the double cables for each battery from my ecoworthy, but same result. I cant seem to make these carry any meaningful load. Not sure if there is a weak internal wiring issue or a small fuse causing an issue, or just incorrectly rated but I bought these at separate times, and both blew on me as soon as I tried to run more than a light bulb. And specifically a fridge (pulls 500W), microwave (1100W) and oven (1900W). It ran the fridge (on its own) for about 5 minutes then blew. The others it didnt even run. I dont take any pleasure from writing bad reviews - most things I buy work. But not these. Didnt engage with the seller as I know something internal is blown and its not worth trying to ship it from paraguay - just cheaper to buy new ones, and Ill be trying a different brand. Seller if you think Im missing something simple that is specific to your inverters, feel free to respond, but Ive had more than 5 different solar setups from California to Puerto Rico to Paraguay, and most things I have bought work fine - I have 7+ years of experience playing with this stuff.
