Didn't last very long
The chair didn't take very long to start losing bolts and screws. The chair became very unsteady quickly. The part that attaches to the bottom of the seat and screws into the seat stripped so you can't even put the screw back in. Not worth the money especially for someone who is looking for a chair for someone who is overweight.

Height won’t adjust, seller unreachable
I can’t get through to this seller to troubleshoot the fact that the height won’t adjust. I’m not even asking for a return — I would just want to figure out how to make it work, but I can’t get in touch with anyone.
