The media could not be loaded. I was super excited for this purchase, but very disappointed as soon as I opened the box. I initially noticed that there was some scuff marks and signs of previous use. Nevertheless, I went on to set it up, thinking, maybe the dust and smudges were from a warehouse. I attempted to use the machine, but I immediately noticed that there was water leaking everywhere so I thought maybe I overfilled it. I let the items soak overnight came back from work the next day and found water EVERYWHERE. When attempting to send this back, I was shocked to see that I might have to pay for shipping and pick up is not available.This does not have a spin option so you’ll definitely have to ring everything out really well before throwing it in the dryer. You are limited to four heavy items max. If you have heavy dress pants, you can put no more than four in the unit. If you’re washing underwear, you can probably get away with 12 pairs. If you’re washing a large towel you’re limited to two max and remember you have to ring everything out. You’ll notice in my video that you can see where one of the leaks was.

I purchased this as a gift for a "new mom" to help with washing the baby's linen & clothes. I was told that washing each item by hand in the sink is much easier and couldn't compare to the work involved in using this Washing Machine (filling the basin-no hose, etc). Returning the product has been an absolute NIGHTMARE! After more than one month, I still haven't received a refund for returning the product ($111.00) nor the $36.00 it cost me to return it. BUYER BEWARE!

Yes this is top load I am not a fan of but this machine does the job well for me, thanks I have been waiting for a very long time for a small washing machine.

first use, motor overheated and stopped working. also shows significant shredding/dusting from the motor belt.unless i just got a dud, definitely not worth it.awaiting for a response from seller to send it back for a refund.p.s.it also leaked water, along with the belt shavings it left a mess for a clean up after using it.not a good impression upon first use. i don't believe this will last with the belt drive status.

Its cute, but it's a pain to fill and it doesn't spin the water out of your clothes. Better off washing your clothes in the sink and hanging them.

I just got the delivery today. It's so cute, I can't wait to use it!
