Used before.

Cheap plastic
This literally broke the first time I used it. It cleaned my laptop - all fine - and I rinsed it out under water, only for the top to break and fly off when I shake it to get the way off it. The fact that the plastic broke after a mild shake is pretty shocking and the products spray function is now unusable.
