Enhances the kitchen aesthetics
We bought this nostalgic Wesco steal bread bin a good few years ago. It wasn’t cheap. But the quality and durability is very high. It is still in an extremely good condition despite it being used a number of times a day. And none of the paint coating has damaged, scratched or chipped. It is a fairly heavy steel bin which also implies that the lid closes well and will keep the bread bags in. Naturally, to keep bread fresh, there are ventilation holes in the back.We opted for the standard version that is quite spacious. And we selected the black version as that would supposedly go well with the dark tones of our kitchen set and dark grey marble kitchen top. So this bread bin doesn't mess with the aesthetics of our kitchen, it actually adds something to it. And importantly, the Wesco logo doesn’t have a presence that is too prominent. So we are very pleased with this bin, that I would highly recommend.

Bargain!
I bought a 'used' in a 'like new' condition as I was happy to compromise owing to the steep price tag. So glad I did; I will honestly try this again because, for a whopping discount, ( I paid £26.87) the item itself arrived in perfect condition. There was minimal damage to the packaging that you regularly find on items bought off the shelf in general stores. The product is a good size, bought to contain our vast range of bread stuffs we as a family consume; it is solidly made of great quality, not 'tinny', and truly a beautiful design that you don't mind having on your worktop. My 17 year old art student daughter thinks I'm a saddo owing to my reaction of appreciation when it arrived; though her artistic eye did agree with me that as far as bread bins go, it's a thing of beauty.....she won't be so judgy when she reaches my stage of life....need to get your kicks where you can! Highly recommend.

Best bread bin on the market
We did quite a lot of research before buying this bread bin. My mum and dad already had one so I had seen it and knew it was excellent quality, a great size and being of all metal construction, there would be no issues with ill fitting or splitting wooden lids.I was put off by the price hence the research to try and find a cheaper alternative. I wasn't happy with any of the other models/makes as I bake everyday and needed a substantial bread bin. I am so glad we spent the extra money as it really is perfect and keeps the bread really fresh - well worth the money!

beautiful, practical, classic, big.
I bought this after visiting a friend who had one because it looks great, and does the job perfectly. I have quite a small kitchen and it is almost like having an extra cupboard - At the moment it has 12 small meringue nests, 4 pain au chocolat, a 2lb cake and some pitta bread - sure I could squeeze more in if I needed to. I think all of my visitors have admired it - and that is before they've seen how much is crammed in there. It costs quite a lot but it is so simple - just hinged - that I feel it will last at least as long as I do. (I'm 39 by the way)

Great bin shame about the price
Lovely shiny red colour, easy to open and close with air holes that keep the bread fresh. Easy to clean and a decent size. Just why so expensive, lesson learnt to look at other sites to compare prices a little harder. It does look feel and work great, the paint on ours shows no thinning, just feel you pay slightly over the top for the name.

Great Bread Bin
Just bought this and although I was a little resistant regarding the price for a "Bread Bin". It is so worth it. It holds a whole loaf and larger speciality breads. Air vents and solid construction - this will last a life time if you take care of it.Looks a little bit big on the work top when you first get it however this soon passes. This is so worth the money and I would buy another the next time we change the kitchen.

Robusto
Tal como dice, muy robusto y un poco pesado. Cumple bien su función, mantiene bien los panes. La tapa aunque un poco pesada se mantiene abierta cuando la levantas. Es muy amplia tanto de alto como de largo, lo recomiendo.
