Worked perfect in my Galanz 4-in-1 Microwave Combo
I had to replace the motor in my GTWHG12S1SA10 combo microwave. Unfortunately, Galanz does not sell or provide a replacement motor for this model, and all of the electrically and physically compatible motors for other brands used a different coupler shaft design (rectangle/double-flat drive nub vs the common half-moon/D-shaft). So I figured why not buy the cross-branded motor and find a coupler that's compatible. This worked perfectly! It seems durable, fit my turntable tray well, installation took seconds, and made for an easy repair. For $6, this was part of the repair equation that turned $20 into $200 by not having to buy an entirely new microwave combo. Well worth the money.

We threw away the piece with our microwave on accident. This was a perfect fit for a replacement and easy to install

Microwave turn dish.
This worked on my microwave but it took a hard rubber hammer to help it go onto the shaft. But it works fine.

Not compatible
Bought a motor at the same time as buying the coupler. Even though motor and coupler were supposed to work together, the coupler would not fit on the motor shaft. Update-called customer service and credit was issued. I returned both items to Staples at the same time. I received a refund for the motor but Amazon says the coupler was never received. They were in the same package, how is that possible. Poor service all the way around.

Fits and works perfectly
Works perfectly. Make sure the spindle in the microwave matches the end of the coupler. Very easy to install.

Much smaller than GE OEM replacement
It works fine, but they made it much smaller than the OEM replacement. Maybe that's okay, but difficult to say how long the service life of this part will be. Only time will tell. I was expecting two of these to come in the package, but you will receive only one. The graphic display showing two items is to apparently show two sides of the item and not to indicate the number of items you will receive.
