Can I use this in a marine reef aquarium?

Yes you can use it in marine aquariums. If you go to Ultralife web page you will read in the description for this that it does no harm to fish or corals. I swear by this stuff as it really works. My marine tank tends to have an outbreak once or twice a year and this stuff gets it under control in no time. It's the only remover that I have found that works

it says a spoon full . Is this a teaspoon .

No you get a tiny spoon in the box. Has no markings on the spoon so dont know exactly how much it holds but it is around 2.5ml on one of those medicne spoons for kids (the small end). Hope this helps

I have blue-green jelly like substance in my tank on the gravel and now effecting plants. Understand it is a type of algey will this geatt rid of it?

It worked amazingly well in my tank! I followed the instructions carefully as I didn't want to kill the fish or the plants and within a couple of days the algae had started to disappear and after about a week it had gone completely. The fish and plants are still alive and weeks later the algae hasn't returned.
