Widely used in German turbo engines
Last time purchased was in February 2026. That batch was API SP, but they appear to now be API SQ on the label in the pictures as of August 2026 (I don't know when it switched). I know the local VW dealer puts this in when they serviced my 2.0 TSI engine in the past. I don't know if the formula changed when they went from SP to the new SQ approval, could be the same and just passed the tests. It used to be API SN up until maybe 2023 or so; so, the odds that the exact formula changed around that time are fair because it's likely they needed to drop the calcium levels to meet the LSPI requirements of the API SP spec. But with this years events in the middle east many oil producers have had to change formulas some, so it's hard to know what exactly you are getting. That said, I have no reason to believe this product isn't one of the top choices for these VW motors.

Comprado en "Remitente/vendedor Amazon México". Parece ser original, el envase viene sellado y bien cerrado. Ya ahora que realice el servicio lo comparo con un litro que tengo por ahí para rellenar. De momento el envase parece original.
