How do I contact the company? Worked great for 6 months.
This was amazing right out of the box when I bought it in January, and I made a lot of tumblers. I always heated with a tumbler in the press, and kept a blank in it for cooling down. Today, it burned my cups. I turned it off, unplugged it, cooled it completely, then turned it on again (to ruin a total of 3 tumblers). The temperature is still set correctly, and I use a timer....but the press is obviously VERY hot. The sleeve still looks pristine. I can't figure out how to contact the company to discuss the warranty.Edited.... per the company, the heating element is "consumable," and needs periodic replacement. Sadly, it's not currently in stock and it's not something covered by warranty.

It’s amazing until now
I absolute love this press.Just recently it started getting these bubbles in the middle and I don’t know what the are wrong and it’s messing with my tumblers. Is there a way to fix this or is it just a goner?

Doesn’t heat evenly/ UPDATE
I’m really disappointed. I’ve been using a convection oven for a while now and bought this tumbler press in hopes of making tumblers quicker and easier. Unfortunately this one doesn’t heat evenly. The center gets hotter than the ends, which causes the center of the cup to burn. I’ve tried adjusting my times/ temps/ how many times I rotate the cup and the center still burns.UPDATE: I’m updating based on customer service. The seller reached out to me almost immediately to try to help me with this issue. They explained that the heating element heats from the center outwards (which explains the burnt center of my cups). They then gave me time and temp instructions. These helped with cups that had a lot of negative space, but my darker/ more pigmented cups were still burning. The seller sent a replacement press rather quickly and has checked in with me since. I’m going to continue to try to play with the time/ temp and see if I can get this to work for me. I changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars based on their great customer service. I didn’t change to 5 stars because I’m still not sure if I like the product. I am very impressed with their customer service though and appreciate their help!

Mug press
I used this mug press with a michaels make it 11.8oz sublimation mug. The directions were a bit confusing especially because the machine was actually easy to work with. The lights on the top made it seem like those were heating levels, but it is only an indication of when the press is ready to use and and when the press job is complete. All you need to do is plug the machine in, press the power button and wait for the orange light to turn green (indicating that it is ready). Once it is green then you insert your mug and press the button. The press will hug the mug and once all the lights are lit up, it will release the mug and it is done. It is so simple and I'm glad I dont have to worry about temparatures and time settings. I used it with 110z frosted mugs as well & it worked fine. If you have any beveling at the top or bottom of your mug (if it isn't a straight mug or cup) then you may have to flip your mug so the heat can get all parts of the image or it won't adhere properly.

Worked great for 2 months now nothing
I purchased this cup press about 2 months ago- I used it to make 200 or so cups for my small business. Up until today this press worked wonderfully!!! Would heat up super super quick but I went to do a cup and all of a sudden it stopped working. It won’t go higher than 77 degrees. I’ve had it on for about 15 mins now (which is wayyyy longer than it should take to heat up) and still nothing! Super upset because this press wasn’t cheap and I use it for my business. I can’t figure out how to get in touch with the business because Amazon customer service was no help because it’s out of the period where I can return it. Someone help please!EDIT: the company reached out and sent out a new press! The company Messages back super quickly and are very helpful and friendly. No questions asked they took care of the problem and within a few days I was back up to making cups like nothing happened! So nice to have companies like this when running a small business!!

Great little tumbler press so far
After trying to unsuccessfully heat press on these sippy cups with my other mug press (Cr**cut brand), I watched a few YouTube videos on the FUN-Worx tumbler press and decided to purchase. I just received yesterday and pressed the three (3) in pics. ONE thing that didn’t seem to be mentioned in YouTube tutorials was to put a ‘scrapped’ tumbler in the press while it’s heating up. The actual press has a sticker that reads “No Heating Up without MUG” on the top. So when I turned it on to heat up, I put a scrap tumbler in it. IT’s LOUD - the beeps but that aside, I am happy with my first three sublimations. Cannot wait to try other tumblers!

Does not come with UK plug
Was super excited to receive my mu press and had everything ready yo go unfortunately it does not come with a UK plug. Now have to wait for one to arrive. I do think if you are selling electrical equipment in the UK then the appropriate plug should be supplied.
