The best coffee machine if you miss Italian coffee
You can use the pods they send or get some from pascucci Italy and the coffee is just amazing, make sure to add aqua panna or a good water because water makes all the difference in coffee

Very good and rare in the US market espresso machine exclusively for ESE pods.
Not many espresso enthusiasts know about ESE pods. Even less know that the best results are only possible from the machines specifically designed for ESE pods. The other problem in the US is that such machines are almost absent from the US market. In Europe however, these machines are not only available in a variety but also are 3-4 times less expensive than the same models adapted for 110 Volts. So, this product is a rare find. Unfortunately at the time of this writing, I noticed that Amazon has moved this model from direct sale to the third-party seller. I highly recommend this model for those who understand the good, practical and inexpensive way of getting a decent cup of real espresso. The only caveat of these machines is that to the best of my knowledge, none of them are pressure adjustable. But it is a very rare feature of any espresso machine. Even those that cost a few thousand dollars are not pressure adjustable. For this particular model the pressure is set to 20 bars. And that limits the good results only for the tightly packed ESE pods - like the ones made by Illy. With Lavazza ESE pods, for example, your results will be mediocre. This is the only reason for me to give it less than 5 stars.

back in Sorrento again
when we received the machine it was not working. We sent it back to the importer and they called us immediately and test ran the replacement while on facetime then sent it to us. Perfetto ! great service. thank you

High quality coffee
I use this daily. Very good quality espresso only rivaled by the good espresso you get in Italy. I get the Roma roast. Silky taste, minimal bitterness, and very smooth consistency. I’ve had Italians over my house and they were surprised how good this coffee tasted. Highly recommended.
