Just type in cats into google and go down the rabbit hole, then come back and grab some of these and dive back in. Cat loves it, and randomly plays with it, not super durable, but I only throw a couple out at a time. Plus you don't feel bad if you lose them when they are so cheap.

If you are like me the vats love them but they always disappear haha so best to buy in bulk so you are not constantly standing on your head looking under the couch for them. They hold up well

Poofy ball fun!
I have 8 cats & several of them are addicted to these pom pom balls. We call them poofy balls. I spend about 30 minutes each day retrieving them from under furniture just so they can put them back under the furniture again.

My cats liked them initially, but lost interest when no longer new
So my cats initially play with and have facial expressions to the new smell like they killed something (lizard, roach, etc.) But once the ball is a couple of days old, they are quickly forgotten. ymmv

exactly the pom poms I was looking for
Try looking up pom pom balls for cats and you'll find many different types of pom pom balls. Who knew? I was simply trying to find replacements for the ones I had. Every one I found was not the right one. Finally I came across these. They are exactly the type I was looking for. They are soft, densely woven, light weight and last forever. Now if I could only have my cat like them as much as I do, I'd be thrilled.

My Kitty's favorite!
My Kitty's favorite play item! She likes to fetch small things. She loves to play, chase and carry these puff balls around the house. Bonus to this toy is its soft under your feet... not a Lego!
