ELS PET Self Cleaning Cat Litter Box, No Scooping Automatic Litter Box with APP Control, Smart Monitor/Safety Protection/Odorless, Extra Large for Multiple Cats

We had this litter box for less than 2 months. It worked fairly well and we were mostly pleased with it, however it often smelled even with fresh litter, Arm and Hammer littler box de-odorizer in the litter and in the collection bin, and with emptying the collection every day or every other day. Then out of nowhere, the door malfunctioned, and the rake got stuck in the door. It is not fixable. I reached out to customer service a week ago and have yet to hear back from them. I would really like a refund rather than a replacement given the issues we had with it even when it was "working", however it looks like we just wasted $350 on a piece of crap.

They have the best customer service I’ve dealt with in long time ! And btw. This thing is awesome ! The one we got was busted but hve seen other videos too ! It’s awesome as long as ups doenst throw it around . I was so excited for this to arrive and so was our cats , well as you can see it arrived 2 days late and completely defective , it’s busted and damaged beyond working condition. And in my false hopes I had already installed litter thinking maybe it will work anyways and maybe it has to have liter before operating so we attempted it and nope nothing. It’s broken and of course no one will do anything about it. And I can’t even get the litter out of it. What a nightmare ! And to think. We were gonna order like 4 of these if this one worked and if this was a good company , but so far. Seems like a scam or just doesn’t stand by their product , bc upon inspection. It appears it may be a factory defect ! The way this appears to be , it’s really difficult to decipher that actually , either defect or dropped , I am sooooo disappointed. To be completely honest. I’ve never been this excited nor disappointed in a product in a long time if not ever. This is a tremendous let down ; my cats wanted and needed this Catillac of pooping stalls. Whtheck. I really need some help with this. How can I send back with litter ? And wait another two weeks basically before having a cat box ? Idk. I’m thinking buying liter robot brand locally tbh and American made. Add also , I took off of work to wait on this item ! And got the run around all day. I knew then something was up ! And they just say “take back to drop off point within 30 days “. You got it. My only wish , that my cats had use it before sending back, perhaps 🤔. I mean it’s costing me a lot of inconvenience and money !! Aggravation , etc.

The first litter box I received, within 3 month the door would move a quarter inch, an alarm would go off, and the door would move a little bit more, wash, rinse, repeat until the door was closed. Decided to unplug it for a little bit to reset it. Then the door wouldn't even close at all and it would try to clean the litter box with the door open. Contacted the company and they sent me a new one. Now not even 2 months later, it's doing the same thing! This is definitely not worth the money I paid.

I had to shut down other wifiequipment to get it to connect to wifi.

We purchased it a few months ago, and it lasted only 98 days. The arm started making a loud clunking noise it grabbed its door and ate itself to oblivion. We treated this thing like the holy grail, clean and neat, and bought the special liter for it that was lightweight and for these types of litter boxes, also twice as expensive. We did everything we were supposed to do. It was a struggle to clean a struggle to make it work properly an overall nightmare. When we contacted them for help we got nothing. Too bad your warranty is 90 days... I should have just set my money on fire. So do yourself and your animals a favor, and try something else. I normally do not write these types of reviews, only if I feel like I was completely ripped off and this has been the worst case of that I have ever had.

The media could not be loaded.  It works well and looks good.However, it doesn't seem to clear up cat poop completely.Sometimes four small pieces of cat poop are left after it clears itself.Update: Not working after 1 month.

Updating my product review after amazing customer service. They provided a full refund and another chance to try the product. I am so impressed with their customer service, and can't wait to give the product another try.

Had this thing for 2 months and it worked great for 2 months but now the rake is stuck on the open door, which isn't supposed to happen and there is nothing in the troubleshooting about this issue. When I try to get supposed from Amazon, you cannot enter your phone number. Talk about a 500 piece of crap! I cannot even take it apart to release the rake since it's caught on the door.

Llego roto y no hubo forma de regresarlo, ahora mi gato lo usa royo y a veces limpia la arena y aveces no, ahora todo depende del motor que cierra la puerta del arenero. Tienen fallas...

Funciona muy bien pero dura muy poco. Por el costo no vale la pena.

Ya van dos veces que el arenero deja de autolimpiarse y todo esto en menos de un mes
