Flavorful, Low-Point , Easy-to-Make Recipes for WW Freestyle
My wife and I have made about 12 recipes so far and have loved 10 of them. Lots of flavor with low point values, easy-to-make recipes, even our picky family members (who aren't on WW) enjoy these meals. Highly recommend.The only thing I would change about this cookbook is the glossy, bound style of this book. I prefer cookbooks that allow you to reorganize recipes, such as binder style. Just a personal preference.

I hope you love turkey!
I don't love this one, and so far I haven't found anything in it that I'd like to try; a lot of the recipes call for turkey in various forms, and I just don't really care for turkey (and yes, I know I can substitute chicken). On the other hand, my friend has tried a few recipes and liked them all. Every one of them included turkey. I'd send it back but she spilled something on it.

Great recipes, very delicious and filling while still low ...
Great recipes, very delicious and filling while still low in points. The recipes are complex, and do call for fairly sophisticated ingredients — but the dishes are interesting and flavorful.

Dont waste your money
This cookbook is ok if you enjoy spending half of your life in the kitchen. Nothing is simple and takes forever to just get it ready to cook. Shame on weight watchers

Very limited range of recipes
The menu were basically limited to poultry, fish and eggs and fruit. I would have preferred that the cookbook be structured by meals, rather than ingredients. The book is paperback, not hardcover, which I expected from the price.

Wonderful low Smart Points, delicious well balanced meals. Not only for WW members but for anyone looking for a more healthy way of eating.
