Great for QSL Cards
Works great! I bought it to print labels for my QSL cards but have been using it to make mail labels with for other packages.

Works Great with our Clover POS
I bought this printer for my Clover POS system. Its very easy to sync to the Clover and prints quickly. Only tricky issue which has nothing to do with the printer is selecting the right size of printer roll and compluter size configuration.

Manual says rechargeable Li-ion Battery included, it is not. WiFi Issues with setup & connectivity
The manual that came with the printer says that a rechargeable Li-ion Battery is included, it is not. Edit: The following applies to Windows 11 Having issues connecting to the wifi. the printer settings app that installed with the drivers from their official website always fails to recognize the printer. The only other prompt to set up the wifi is during the drivers and general installation. When uninstalling and reinstalling to get the wifi setup to pop back up, it never detects any network (only uses 2.4ghz network, still can't detect). The brother app on android fails to detect the printer. no battery, so using wps method is a pain, if the wps method worked with it in the first place. It also fails to connect. Edit: you can manually access the printers wifi settings via your mobile device or wifi accessible device (Ensure the blue light above wifi on the printer is on). On your device, when searching for wifi signals, the printer will show up. connect to it there. The wifi password is located under the printer labeled as WDP, and once youre in; the log in password is also under the printer labeled as PWD. Once in, you can manually enter your SSID and other info. Note: the online guides and manuals are out of date. After setting up the wifi on the device, it will show up on your printers and devices menu (in windows) but say its missing/requires drivers. after uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers multiple times using brothers official downloader (restarting pc in-between), it finally stopped asking for drivers. a lot of extra work for what should have been plug and play. Edit: After powering down for a day and powering back up, it lost its wifi connectivity. I had to remove the printer from devices and reinstall its drivers with it multiple times before it would work. Even then, it would constantly lose wifi connectivity once connected. Edit: The printer runs on older hardware, you need to manually add it in as TCP/IP protocol. Windows WSD protocol will have it constantly drop connection or fail to connect or print. seems to be working ok for now. will update as i test more. Edit: Decided to return the printer and extra film paper i bought for it. It's been 4 days of having to reconfigure the wifi and drivers every time just to get the printer read or work properly. It shouldn't have this many issues for something so simple. Also wanted to add in that all of my other devices were & are working fine on the wifi, so its not an issue on my end. It is unfortunately and purely the printer. Sadness X_(.

Way too difficult to install.
Edit: Finally, got this to install and work by some intuitive guesses and luck. Changed review to four stars from one. Called their support line. Keep in mind, they have very limited knowledge about the product and software. They only could help specifically, with reinstalling the software and printing a test label. Also, the instructions don't always match up with the outcome printed in the instructions or what is expected. Somehow, this may connect to wifi without having to know the network code. Maybe, because there is already another Brother printer that knows it? Also, be aware you may be asked for the device's password while trying to use some of the software. Only by luck when trying to reset the network connection by pressing the power button and cutter button, and then pressing the cutter by itself, it printed out some report on the labels. On one of them was the default password. The default password will have to be changed after entering it, but it doesn't tell you that directly. This is done in the WPAdmin software. And here is where it tells you to update the firmware, several times. At first, the printer may not appear. Even if other Brother printers do. Press the search or seek button, and it looks for other devices. This whole process took about 4 hours. Original: Could not get it to work. Installation instructions confusing. Installed using USB cable, now would like to connect using Wi-Fi. Not easy to figure how to update settings. And when opening some software, an error saying the driver is missing, even after installing the driver.

Excellent label printer
Really great label printer. Easy to set up and use with Brother's software. It works well with generic labels, unlike the competitor machine.
