Smart Twist on a Classic Game!
We love our GiiKER Smart Four! It takes the old 4-in-a-row game and makes it way more fun with the 3D design and built-in AI. It really gets your brain working, and my older kids enjoy the challenge. The AI opponent is surprisingly good, and it keeps score too, which is a nice bonus. It can be a bit tricky to learn at first, especially for younger kids, but once you get the hang of it, it’s super addictive. Great for family game nights!

Better than expected, but with caveats
Design:The design is fun, but you have to be sure to push down once and only once when you place a game piece, otherwise it will not correctly announce a win.Fun to play:Although you have to be pretty careful, it is very fun to play, even for adults.Strategy:There is an added layer or strategy, as you would expect going into three dimensions, and that is the main fun here.

This game play is just fun with it’s 3 dimensions!
I have purchased 3 of these games. We enjoyed the one I bought our daughters family so much, we got one for my mother and ourselves. We play mostly on the head to head setting. Because this connect four is played in 3 dimension it adds a level of unexpected fun and difficult in blocking your opponents game. If you can figure out a few algorithms you will be beating your opponents constantly. Just be sure to let your wife win sometimes or the couch could become your new bed! Not comfortable at my age but the game is really fun.

Great game! Love having to think 3 Dimensionally!
Great game! Love having to think 3 Dimensionally! It really is like playing connect four on 3 different dimensions. Trying to sneak in a win without the other player noticing is so fun! The computer player is challenging to play, especially at higher levels. This game was an instant hit at parties. It's quick to set up and games can be really fast or super slow if both players are good. I highly recommend this as a gift for yourself, but especially for others! As for playing the game, it's easy. Just put your piece down on a circled spot and push down. Then the game will tell you what row and column based on the location and color of the arrow on the side of the right side of the game - where to put the opponent's piece. You can win down, across, diagonally, and on different levels. You can even win with a staircase diagonal move. Just an important note the pieces can be stacked a maximum of 5 pieced. Had to read the directions for that. It's a great game! Treat yourself!

Great game ... including AI hype.
I love Connect4, and this is the logical continuation of the game idea. The game board is solid even if somewhat with a toy design. Batteries (2x AA) are not included. The clever part is fairly hidden and, what the maker calls AI, it's a clever tracking of game pieces for single player mode and as a referee when two humans play against each other. The game pieces are straightforward, and for the game board to know where which and how many pieces are, one must press the piece momentarily down onto the board to activate the switch. That's pretty easy, but the pieces nest somewhat and if you're not careful you may knock neighboring stacks over. The trouble with that is trying to remember how they were set to restore the visual cues. The board will not know if you take a stack and rearrange it. There is no app mode that could show the stacks the board kept track of.The easy level is already not child's play. A 6+ age recommendation is probably optimistic, and even adults will spend some time getting used to the 3D game play. The board tries its best to guide the users. Columns are color coded, and the row is indicated by an LED indicator. The latter lights up in the color of the respective column and that makes it possible to pinpoint a particular sport with only five LEDs.The game does not have internet connectivity or a smartphone app. The algorithms are very capable to put up a good game, but I sure would put the term 'AI' in the category of sales puffery. This is really unnecessary as the electronics are good.Overall a great game. The game pieces could be a bit more stable, but that's about the only thing I can think of for things not great. Well, that and the batteries not being included. There is an optional case ($17) if you don't want to use the sturdy box.

Amazing!!!
This game is amazing! We have played it for HOURS! We have been trying to beat the robot (which we named Clarence). Only 2 people have beaten him. It’s an awesome screenfree grame! Love it! I’ve told SO MANY people about it.
