Got this to use in my DeWalt toolbox to keep everything in place and organized.

Fit perfectly in the TSTAK boxes, I liked that the bottom and pull apart layers were separate, I was able to use them more flexibly.

This insert is great for any project. It’s really simple to cut the size that you need. And it provides lots of protection for anything you are using. I highly recommend it.

I'm not using this with the tool organizer it was built for, but the dimensions were just right for my packing crate. I have a nice turntable system that we take camping (let the accusations of glamping commence!), and it needs to be packed extremely well to prevent damage during all the bumping and jostling of travel. Being too cheap to buy a dedicated case, I DIY"ed it and these inserts worked perfectly. I have one large insert on the bottom, then the speakers, then the second large insert on top. The smaller pads fit nicely on the sides, with enough left over to cut for center and end pieces. Problem solved! I didn't do much plucking, but the "pluckable" part of the foam has a nice integrity when its together, and it's also easy to remove the individual pieces. The foam seems reasonably rugged as long as you don't abuse it.

Fits well in my case, plucks fairly easy. overall good foam, still seems a bit spendy but its cheaper than the branded foam.

My husband is very pleased with these foam inserts. The biggest take-away, for him, is that the foam is quite firm and stiff, which is a major plus. Since it's meant for power tool cases, and power tools are quite heavy, soft and lightweight foam would be useless. This foam is capable of holding up to the weight and pressure of heavy tools.He found the cutaway segments easy to remove and create custom configurations. Basically, he had no negative comments about this product and is considering a re-order. Very satisfied!

This foam has removable square pieces in the thicker pieces. This is great because you don't need to use a knife to customize the shape. Huge advantage in my opinion.It comes with two pieces that are half the width of the others. These thinner pieces do not have removable squares for whatever reason.Other than that, the foam is pretty uniform, and it serves its purpose. I can't knock any stars off here.5 stars. Thanks.

When cutting foam with a razor blade I'm not the best at keeping the cuts straight, so this stuff made it so much easier to have straight clean cuts where everything fits perfectly and it looks good too.
