I received the pillow and have been using it and are pretty satisfied with it. When it goes flat, then I'll need another one. I had gotten cheaper pillows from Amazon previously and after a period of time both went flat, Had to hold up the pillow to my head after a while at night.

This is a top-quality pillow. Well made, firm but with a nice amount of fluffiness. Arrived in a zippered case along with a dryer ball to use when cleaning. I've slept on it for a week now and truly love it.

Not supportive at all. Going back.
