I purchase this Dash Cam as I was involved in a car accident lately, it would have been a different outcome if I have bought this Dash Cam earlier. To cut a long story short, a parked car driver was suddenly open his car door while I was half way driving into my parking slot in a school car park. Although I have photos to prove it wasn't my fault, but my car insurance company told me I would need to have either witness or CCTV footage to show I didn't drive into the other car's open door but the other way around. Without these requested evidence, the other driver and I both evenly responsible to this accident. This may sounds ridiculous, however I have to learn from that and set up this Dash Cam.The picture quality of this Dash Cam is good, wide angle capture image and it even pick up number plates at night. Day light footage is indeed HD quality. It's tiny and nicely designed, I still have the full view as before on my driver seat.I've received this camera safely packed and boxed. All necessary parts for attachment were included, it's very easy to fit on and remove to other spot. This Dash Cam can be connected either via car cigarette lighter or USB port, both cables are provided so I have set it up with no time.One thing to note is this Dash Cam do not come with a Micro SD card, as I have couple spare one at home so it didn't affect me to use it once I got it.

The dash-cam arrived well packed, very promptly delivery. It's a solid product with compact design, size is smaller than I thought, when stick on the windscreen, it won't block my view, or noticeable from outside, only four buttons, very straight forward to control. The power cable length is long enough, no stretching. Video quality is good, there's no obstructions during driving. A pleased purchase.

I bought this dash cam as my previous E-Prance HD has a dying battery (normally it's a capacitor). This one is advertised as HD, it is not. I made a comparison between the one I have which is 3 years old. Although the over quality is good, but I can only give it 3 starts, because the pictures are blurred. I even purchased a more expensive SD card designed to be used in this type of device (many SD cards cannot survive long term use in dash cams). The picture quality is even poor in daylight with clounds. It seems that there are more of these on Amazon that are suffering from the same problem. A handy little dash cam, easy to install with a handy tool provided to tuck the lead away behind the car facia. Menu can be a little fiddly to figure out but with a bit of trial and error got there in the end.Note that the automatic start function only works if you have a car that turns the power to the cigarette lighter off when car is off. Simple solution is to just unplug it from the cigarette lighter when not in use.All in all a good camera with the same functionality of cameras twice the price.

In everyday driving life, a dashboard camera has become essential….my husband was pushing me to get a dash-cam... this dash-cam is definitely a reassurance when it comes to disputes over liability in the event of an accident. The camera itself is very small and therefore does not take considerable place. Overall quality in appearance seems very promising, as the camera does not have any wobbling part, and is well put together. The holder fits the car windshield properly. I placed the dash camera behind the rear view mirror in order to keep it hidden from outside view. It comes with a long power cord that makes it easy to conceal the wire: simply wrap it around the window. I’m delighted with it. for high quality at a low price this is the dash cam for you.

Bought for use in my car. Initially, it functioned well, but I soon found it is not a HD cam (no big deal for £20). The power supply is bulky compared to others I've seen. It stopped working after 2 months or so, but started intermittently, giving a massage that it didn't recognize SD card. Other SD cards gave the same result when it started. The power supply was tested on other devices and seems to be OK, so it looks like there is an electronic failure in the device. The reset process doesn't fix it, so I'm left scratching my head for answers. It only starts intermittently when connected to a PC too. This kind of fault is usually associated with voltage regulation inside the device, which may not be good enough to cope with a power supply that may only be just able to supply enough power for the device. Even though it's cheap, I don't recommend it at present.

Had it for 6 months and it's now stopped working properly, it takes ages for the camera to start working and doesn't record to sd card anymore. Was good when it worked but should have lasted more than 6 months

The unit appears to be working perfectly installation is easy but then again it is on all of these cameras the pain being the cable coming from your 12V cigar lighter socket to where the camera is situated on the windscreen. In my opinion you really need to purchase a longer power cable 5m gives you enough to go right the way round the windscreen and the dashboard where you can normally find a way to tuck the wire in to the mouldings
