I saw the price of this couch and the mostly positive reviews and felt it was a good fit for me. It comes in three boxes total. Myself and my boyfriend carried it up the stairs together. Now, I have never put together a piece of furniture and was not looking forward to it but it was not hard to put together. I opened box A, in the instruction manual is a list of all pieces and hardware you need to install it and using a sharpie I checked off to make sure I had all items before assembling. I set the A cushions (unopened) to the side. Once I was done with that. I opened the B box and ensured I had all parts, and put cushions (unopened) to the side. Box B is where you had to assemble the armrests and this is where it was tricky. I ended up putting them on backwards, unscrewing and re doing it, only to realize later that when you assemble the entire couch, both armrests are on ONE chair and not on either side of the couch. I would recommend putting an armrest on the A parts you just put together and the other one on the B parts. Then just put C pieces together, open the cushions and it’s kinda of fun when they inflate so quickly. This came with a lot of extra hardware and also the hardware to keep each piece together. I have been laying on the couch for hours now and it’s very comfortable, deep and spacious. The back cushions are thin (but may inflate more) and I like that as it gives more seating area. It delivered faster than expected and was a great price! I would say, GET THIS COUCH!

This couch is AWESOME!! It was so easy to put together and it’s so comfy!! It looks so good in our living room and made the room feel so comfy. It also looks a lot more expensive than it is. The back cushions are a little flat but that was to be expected after reading the reviews and we can easily add some extra fluff. I ordered an extra ottoman to lengthen the couch and make it look more like a section and I ABSOLUTLEY LOVE IT!! Great buy!! This couch is low to the floor but it’s not so bad that it’s uncomfortable. It’s also very long (a little over 10 feet) but we love it so much and it fits our space very well!!

So first off like most of the reviews say.. the sofa is incredibly low to the ground. I'm 5'2 and it feels like my knees are up to my chest. I plan on purchasing new legs for the sofa to remedy this. The back cushions are also very thin and do not stay in place. I bought extra strong white velcro to hold them in place and it works great.The sofa it's self is extremely roomy! This thing is absolutely massive! It's plenty of room for a family of 3 and a baby lol.Comfort- ok so it is soft like others have said but there is literally no support. It does bottom out a bit. We have left it to fluff for the recommended 3 days also. If you're prone to restless legs I would avoid it. My husband can not get comfortable on it unfortunately. Also note that once this thing is open it is not returnable. It says it on almost every air packed bag the cushions come it. So caution to that. To me it feels as if the cushions cave extremely low. It may look super fluffy in all these reviews including mine but once sat on the fluffy smashes down.The fabric is nice and soft. I got the teddy bear fleece. It is not scratchy so I like that. For the price this is a decent peice of furniture. You really can't get something this large and esthetically pleasing to the eyes for much less. I don't regret my purchase but I do wish it wasn't as saggy. This is our last "in a box" sofa we will buy though. Ps this was set up in October even though I have Christmas stuff up haha I'm excited this year!!

So I never leave reviews ever, but I felt this couch deserved it. I was looking for a couch and I was on a budget. Furniture stores want $2,000+ for a big comfortable couch. I found this couch and I was very skeptical of how sturdy it would be but the part where your back rests is made from metal bars so it’s perfect. It is way bigger than I expected, It could fit 5-6 people easily and it is so comfortable! Very soft and plush but still has a firmness to it. It took me about 4 hours to build, I’m a woman 4’11 but I did it by myself no help. The instructions were straight forward to me. But I also do have experience building things alone. It is very low to the ground it might as well be on the floor, I believe the feet it comes with are 1 or 2 inches. I read the reviews and fixed that easily by purchasing some more legs. I got 6 inch legs which is just a tad high for my preference I should have gotten 4 inch but I don’t feel like sending them back.I ordered black which it looks black on the picture but I got a very dark charcoal grey couch. Wasn’t too happy with that because I had a color scheme already but I was still able to make it work so no complaints. Lastly, the cushions on the back do not stick to the couch they are just kind of propped up by the cushion you sit on since it’s so fluffy so I got some Velcro tape as well to fix that and it’s perfect!!! I bought this couch even with the complications because they could be fixed very easily and I would have the perfect couch for my family. I would say walk don’t run to buy this couch! Hope this helps!
