Planet Wise Window Sandwich Bag, Flame

These crinkle and crease over time, but have not torn. However, I also bought the cloth ones, and if I had it to do over again, I would have skipped these and bought all cloth. They are not clear like disposable sandwich bags, but rather they are transparent, like foggy glass. They leak around the zipper, of course, so don't believe the leak-proof design mumbo-jumbo of these or other zippered pouches. I have washed these by hand and run them in my dishwasher on the top rack. they are doing fine after much use.

These bags lasted about a year. I washed them in the dishwasher a hand full of times (as instructed), and otherwise by hand. It has been nearly a year of using them and they have gotten a strange sticky quality to the outside of the bag. I am a little dissapointed with this, as I am not sure that the value outweighs the cost when these only last for a year. Additionally, this size bag is not great for a full size sandwich....its just a little small. Better for snacks and smaller items.

I like the zipper which makes it easier to open/close. These bags are definitely worth the purchase. However, after a year or so the bags now have like an oily film that I can't get rid of. They don't feel clean but I still use them. I would recommend these and would probably purchase more.

My wife loves the convenience of these little reusable bags. She is very happy that she doesn't have to use plastic bags anymore to send food with me to lunch. We have had these since Christmas and they have held up great! No unusual odors, stains, etc. The zippers still work just fine and they do keep items fresh quite well. We will be getting a few of the larger sizes soon!

Great little sandwich bag! It seems like it will last for a good length of time, and is a perfect substitute for environmentally disasterous plastic baggies. I have a niece who is a scientist collecting ocean samples to study the amount of plastic in our oceans and waterways. So, no plastic bags ever at our house. It's time we take back our world and make it healthy and sustainable again. Sorry, I digress. I will be ordering more of these bags. They can be tossed into either the dishwasher or washing machine!

If youre looking for a sandwich bag with a metal zipper as seen in these photos, this is not the product for you. Twice i have been sent 100% silicone ziploc. No metal zipper. Product not as shown. Dont waste your time waiting for it to arrive only to have to return it.

This is a great reusable bag. I bring my lunch to work and was always using and throwing away plastic baggies. I wanted to be more green and this is perfect. I put chip, pretzels, or other snacks into this bag. It's a good size bag and easily holds a serving of snacks. It's easy to clean/wash and dries quickly. I really like the see-through section of the bag so I can see what's in it. The velcro seal also closes nicely and makes it very easy to open and close. Great for kids or adults.

Love these as snack/sandwich bags for lunches. Very easy to clean with a little detergent and warm water and much more earth friendly than disposable bags. More durable than some and my kids like that they can see what's inside without having to open the bag. My older kids like these better than the cute-sy ones with patterns etc. as well.
