This is the JJC Active Interface Shoe to Universal Hot Shoe Adapter [JU0115] The JJC MSA-2 universal shoe adapter is designed to fit into the Sony Active Interface Shoe (AIS) to allow lights, microphones and other universal shoe mount accessories to be mounted onto the camcorder. The MSA-2 is a shoe mount adapter only, it does NOT pass through the audio or power connections present in the AIS shoe on the camcorder.
