These are great, well worth the price. I use them this past couple years, blood pressure and glucose control. And the taste, delicious.

Nice sweet taste, size is small but packs a good amount of health benefits. Texture is soft, fresh and has no garlic taste. Good value for money. Those on low carb diets, two will be 20g of total carbohydrates and 13g of total sugars but 0 added sugars.

I discovered Black Garlic just a couple of month ago. I tried some and was surprised at how sweet the taste was. After trying several brands, I settled on Polar. I jumped at the chance to obtain a 20 oz. pack because they have become a snack staple in my routine. Since I don't have any teeth the soft texture is really appreciated, along with the taste. They are always fresh, easy to peel, and I love how they smell. It will become a staple for reorders.

I don't know why I'm forced to order these online. These should be available everywhere! Excellent quality and flavor. Great in various dishes or just peel and eat. A little expensive, but if used now and then, it's absolutely fair. Texture is unusual and you'll need to find your preferred way to cut or mince. We prefer to flatten, dice, and scrape up, because the remaining moisture makes that easier than simple slicing, and a regular garlic smasher can make you lose a lot.

These are great especially if you love garlic. Loaded with flavor! I use them in every recipe I cook!

I discovered black garlic by accident... years ago bought some to try it. Let's just say for about 2 weeks, I ate it like crazy! I bought more and more black garlic and was eating it like candy. I guess after my body got what it needed, I stopped having the intense craving for black garlic. I later found out that when body is in recovery phase, after prolonged illness, black garlic is especially useful, since it's rich in antioxidants. And I was craving it afyer prolonged illness. I still love black garlic, though I don’t buy it as often now, nor do I crave it like crazy like I originally did. But still LOVE IT!!! It’s like healthy candy to my taste buds!!

Product itself is delicious. Packaging was terrible. It arrived with the lid off, foil cover ripped off and product spilled out into the Prime packaging. That leaves doubt whether the product has been tampered with.
