Yes. Mine is installed in the RVL-001. Model year 2006.

Q: Does this come with everything I need or do I need special tools, etc?

You will need a Tri-wing tip screwdriver to open the WII

Sorry product does not come with any printed instructions. Recomend you watch You Tube video.

Q: Does this come with any type of warranty?

Not sure. But it worked perfectly and still works after purchasing more than a year ago. It wasn't too difficult to install and it was worth the purchase.
