The magnets fell off. Can i purchase the magnet only instead of buying the product again?

Hello, please contact us directly and we will replace you with a stronger model

How much the thickness of double glass it works

It works brilliantly on my windows, which are 3-layer-thermo windows

Where is this product made?

Hello, the product made in Israel.

Can I just order the 20/28mm and skip messuring

The stringer model 20-28 might be too strong for your window, and it would be hard to move around the glass. I recommend choosing the adjustable model, the D3 AFC (2-28 mm)
