Slow start but positive
At first I was pretty disappointed with this product especially having read the reviews. However, Nueman did say be patient so I'm now on my second bottle and about 6 weeks into using them. I can now say that this last week there has definitely been a noticeable improvement in energy levels and other areas. It's still early days but so far so good.

Popular... but I can't see why
They are by no means the worst supplement, but they are not as strong as imagined. I take 2 when I wake up. There is a noticeable difference but nothing to shout about. If you need a slight boost they may be ok for you, but if you need a big increase - try something else.

Die NUMAN Kapseln wirken wesentlich besser und deutlicher als ich gedacht habe. Ich nehme täglich 2 Kapseln vor dem Frühstück und ich kann sagen das ich in folgenden Bereichen tatsächlich eine wahrnehmbare Leistungssteigerung bemerken konnte: - Im Training circa 5% mehr Gewicht nach circa 3 Wochen Einnahme der Kapseln. - Im Schnitt 1-2 Wiederholungen mehr im 1. und 2. Satz - Wesentlich bessere Durchblutung bzw. Sauerstoffzufuhr bei Beinpresse und Kreuzheben, der Blackout kam nicht so heftig am "Beintag"... Und jetzt das Wichtigste, meine Frau bemerkte auch eine Stärkung, wenn Ihr wisst was ich meine... Keine Nebenwirkungen, der Preis liegt irgendwo bei einer ACE-Monatspackung, für mich ein sehr gutes Produkt. Ich gebe 5 Sterne und eine klare Kaufempfehlung für alle die irgendwie im Training festhängen und einen neuen Boost brauchen.
