No complaints at all, so far.
The grill was pretty much pre-assembled and sturdier than I expected it to be. The base feet and the bowl are plastic, the pole, lid and griddle, of course, are metal. Nice long HD cord. After heating at 5 for ten minutes, my infra red thermometer read well over 500° with the 12 o'clock to 3 o'clock quadrant being a bit of a hotspot. The 3 setting read 350° to 375°. The plastic bowl barely got even warm. This was done indoors at an ambient temperature of 73°F.I plan on experimenting with a smoker tube or foil pack of charcoal pellets, but it will certainly get hot enough to sear a steak and I think adjustable enough for low and slow BBQ (maybe with a small water pan, if needed). The grill cooking surface is 17.5" diameter, or 240 in². It is totally removable for easy cleaning, unlike the 240S model.Mine came without a cover and no warming rack, but they may be available, if you want them. They have a three year warranty and I purchased an extra three years for $6.99 CDN.

A terrific grill at a great price!
I didn't have high expectations for this grill, but it has been proven beyond my highest expectations. I had a Weber charcoal grill that my deceased DH used regularly. It was too much futz for me.This grill is simple to assemble, lightweight, good quality, easily cleaned, and delivers nicely browned meats, fish, and veggies. Some argue it wouldn't take the place of a charcoal grill, but I put a dab of liquid smoke in the bag when marinating meats and use lots of herbs and everything is yummy. Rainy days, I lift it off the grill base and set it on top of my oven to grill.Warning: don't go by manual of cooking times that comes with it as temp times are way too much. A reviewer posted, his wife cooks everything at "4". That's what I do, and things cook very quickly. Another reviewer posted not to buy the cheap cover and buy the Gorilla 42 gallon trash bags. This bag is the perfect size, heavy duty and I think looks better than the cover made to go on the grill. I ordered the grooved sponge to clean the grill. It's not necessary but makes "easy" even easier to clean. My only disappointment: you cannot cook whole Cornish hens, beer can chicken or roasts as the heat does not circulate to the top to cook evenly as it does on gas and charcoal grills. I didn't realize this before I bought it, but I still love, love, love it.
