I LOVE this Pillow! I even bought a 2nd one!
So comfortable. 🙌 I’m always folding or stuffing a second pillow or even a blanket to get that full neck support; that I need to relieve my pain. This does just that! The neck pillow portion is fixed in place, however, you can easily adjust it; by hand or by using the different snap buttons on the sides, this will also adjust it. Depending on your needs, you could even remove it completely or use it for extra comfort and support elsewhere. Due to my illness, I spend a lot of time in bed and I’m thrilled with its durability; as well as the extra comfort and support!I loved it so much, I purchased a second one just for added comfort in the living room when relaxing.10/10 💯 Recommend❣️

Lots of options with this one
My wife has lots of neck and back issues, so when she finds a pillow that works she sticks with it and takes it everywhere we go to avoid waking up stiff and possibly with her neck "locked up". We ordered this because the pillow she's been using isn't made any more and the one she has is worn out. We thought with all the varieties of ways this one could be used, it might do the job (and if so we planned to order multiple as backups!). However, she did not find this pillow comfortable at all. I tried it, but also found it a bit stiff for my liking. Pillows are a very personal fit, so what doesn't work for one person may be the perfect pillow for someone else - so we're rating this pillow based on what we see with the build quality since neither she nor I can actually use it longer term to rate based on that. The quality of the build seems to be very good. It has LOTS of usage options as previously mentioned, so many that I thought some like the additional roll that attaches to the pillow was a gimmick; however, other reviewers here have said that they find the roll very useful and love it - so who am I to say they're wrong? If you like very soft, fluffy, down-like pillows this pillow is not for you. If you prefer a more firm support pillow, it may be perfect for you. Give it a try!

Comfort
Bought this pillow for my husband since the one I bought for myself was sold out. However, I liked it so much I tried to steal it from him! He also liked it so stealing it wasn’t happening. I had to purchase my own! I highly recommend! If you are married, make sure to buy two!!!

Obsessed
I have tried so many of these types of pillows and this one is my favorite by far. The arm openings are wider than any other that I’ve tried, which is really nice and feels cozier. The bolster is great, but it took a while for me to like it. I had to adjust to the pillow first and then add the bolster back. Now, my pillow comes with me always. Just be careful of piercings, they catch easily

Not to high or to firm.
Of the three pillows I have tried this one has been the best. I am still looking for the perfect one though. The removable tube is a nice add on that needs removed right away. It is a nice tube of soft memory foam but when I tried to sleep with it on the pillow it was like my head was pressing against the wall. This pillow has a removable bottom layer if it is too high for you. The density of the foam in this pillow makes it more toward the soft side. This is good for cooler rooms and lighter heads I think. If you have a large, hot head and like to sleep in a warm room this will not likely give you any support.Reading reviews on pillows I have come to the conclusion that nothing else brings out the amount of different opinions that a pillow does. The same pillow will be to firm, high, soft, or low from one reviewer to the next. The shape of these new pillows leads to a whole new set of opinions. Here are some observations that might help someone:Lower density memory foam is best for smaller heads and people, and for rooms cooler than 64 degrees.Higher density foam is best for larger heads and people and rooms warmer than 64 degrees. As for the shape: I believe the butterfly shape that is out there is a very good option. This pillow has one side that is kind of butterfly but the other is just flat. The pillow I would design would be butterfly shape with one side a bit higher than the other so the person could decide which size was more comfortable for them. The thicker side would have the larger wings, likely the larger person will be using that side. The foam will be a medium but should accommodate more people with the 2 different sizes.Like I said though this pillow is better than most but not the elusive golden pillow for me.

Nice, but be careful.
I am a side sleeper. I acquired this pillow in attempts to train myself to sleep on my back. For such a purpose, this is a great pillow. It stays relatively cool, and the foam used keeps its shape nicely. The outer cover is easily removable to wash, and stays relatively clean. That being said, throughout the night I eventually roll onto my side. This pillow is not designed for a person of my size to do that. After a few nights of waking up on my side, my neck feels cramped. My wife tried it, and had the same effect. Later, I used it on top of my triangular wedge pillow that I used to elevate my back and head while wearing my CPAP. That completely solved my problem. Once again I'm back to using the pillow while sleeping on my back, and my neck feels great.
