First thing I noticed was that the chair’s back pillow and neck pillow are amazing, the padding on the seat is some what soft which means over a long time it will go down but it’s still comfortable for very very long gaming sessions (my longest was about 16hrs) but we are humans so we need breaks and with any chair you’re back or bottom is going to hurt after quite some time, also since it’s not a bucket seat like other chairs it gives you more room on the seat and wont feel like you’re confined to it.Another thing I really like is that the armrest are made of some sort of hard rubber with gel (I think) inside it, it’s surprisingly comfortable and it means it won’t wear down as easily - actually the chair seems super robust, it definitely won’t break, all the parts seem well made. Also the reclining is absurdly good I almost fell asleep on it and when using in vr it was just so goodMinor issues: the foot rest requires some force to take out, one of the legs were a bit difficult to put together and the armrest were confusing too, I had to get a second person to help with the back of the chair and the sides of the back kinda get in the way as they are so close to you but because of them you get a little arm rest when leaning all the way back. I know these sound bad but when all done you’ll be so much more than happy with it.

I put this chair together myself without help. I found it easy and the instructions straightforward. No extra tools were needed and spare screws were provided, which were helpful as I did drop one under my couch which I couldn’t find. The chair itself is extremely comfortable. The armrests are not padded, but I bought generic pads separately which fit perfectly and give it an armchair feel. The headrest and lumbar support are perfect for me and fully support my back. It is mobile, stable, adjustable, and fits nicely under my desk. I haven’t used the footrest, but I have tried it out, and can easily see why it’s included. It’s ridiculously comfy when the chair is laid back. I’m using the chair as my main office chair whilst working from home and to craft from when not working and, so far, love it and have had no problems with it whatsoever.

The media could not be loaded. It was well built and comfortable chair for 4 months than it his looser and finally something cracked and back support just flops around. I'm 190cm and 95kg but chair is made for bigger people so not sure.

The original chair arrived and had been damaged in transit. I contacted Joyfly customer services and they sent a replacement chair out. It arrived within days.Assembly of the chair was very straightforward with clear picture-based instructions. The chair itself is extremely well made from good materials and very comfortable to sit in. The seat and backrest cushions are really thick as are the footrest and pillows. The lumbar and head cushions are adjustable. The foot rest can be folded away under the seat when not in use. My adult son for whom the chair was bought is over the moon with the it.
