So great and easy to use i love it it brings out very good tast on food

This gives a decent katsu curry if you saute some onions and add the paste and saute for 5 mins and then add coconut milk. Very easy to make but you would separately need to air fry/ deep fry the chicken with breadcrumbs and pour the sauce on top for a restaurant style chicken katsu curry.Same brand sells green and red curry which are absolutely perfect.I have docked 1 star as this quality is not as good as those and second the quantity of output seems a little less than i expected. For the other curries you can add full can of coconut milk - for this half is what gets the texture and flavour right for me.

Super flavour not over spicy

This paste makes really delicious curry with a true Japanese taste. It’s very easy to turn it into a full meal and I think it’s particularly good with prawns.

If you follow the instructions you'll end up with slightly discoloured coconut milk. Double up and it's acceptable. Being honest, I've not yet found a decent store-bought katsu curry in any form so it's not that bad in that context but it's not great at all. I won't be buying it again.
