These collagen supplements are very effective and I think they are doing a grand job of supporting me with my nails, hair and skin. I’ve noticed results since taking them and I like that they are very easy to take. The size of the capsules is great as they aren’t too big or bulky like others I’ve had in the past plus I find them easy to swallow. I’ve not noticed any horrible smells, aftertaste nor any unwanted side effects since taking these supplements so I feel they are made well. The quality of the ingredients is very good and I like that it’s easy for me to dispense the capsules into my dossette box. I definitely recommend them and I feel they are very good value for money. I’ve not had any issues with them at all so I give them a thumbs up.

I take marine collagen regularly to aid the health of my skin, hair and ligaments. These capsules have a good amount of collagen and appear to be of good quality. The downside is the daily dose required, 4 capsules/day so the bottle only represents one months supply and at a price of £19 that’s expensive. Because there is higher amount of pure collagen in these I’m only going to take two capsules a day. They are of an easy size to swallow and are odourless and tasteless.
