Very tiny and isn't as easy to use as you'd think. The cartons of ice cream that comes with the bundle need using within a certain amount of days and as ypu can only use so much at a time, a large amount went to waste.Very expensive and not worth the money.

I love this idea wherein I can use it to bond with my son and play with him. We can reuse the tray and use fresh fruits in creating roll ice cream. This is great.

This is lots of fun. We had rolled ice-cream on holiday done by a professional so were really excited to try this and recreate the delicious ice cream we had.Not going to lie we did not recreate the super tight tasty ice cream rolls we had on holiday but we did manage an acceptable vanilla ice-cream with chopped fruit and sweets.To use its very simple just freeze the plate over night, make your mix and chop and prepare anything you want to add, leave everything in the fridge or freezer until you are ready to go. Pour the mix into the plate and flatten it with the spatulas so it forms a thin layer and added topping as it freezes. Then roll these ice-cream up. You can do 4-6 rolls per go before you have to refreeze the plate so enough for 2-3 people a go.It's a fun activity to do with kids but it isn't something you will use all the time.

My grandkids loved this and it's such a fun idea comes supplied with everything you need and instructions that were easy to follow. slightly overpriced for what it is but we liked it.

Practice practice practice. You will need to practice to get this right, but once you do its great fun, if a little fiddly with the small size of the ice pan.Inside the box you get the ice pan, 2 plastic spatulas for mixing and rolling, plus a small instruction sheet. There is also reference to get a free recipe book, but that seems to be aimed at selling ice cream mix, which is not really needed as you can knock up your own mix with a few ingredients of your own (Condensed milk, double cream and flavouring (vanilla, mint etc)). A good tip here is to make up the mixture and keep it refrigerated before use so it will freeze quicker.To use the kit, put the pan ice plate upside down in the freezer and leave it overnight to allow the liquid inside to freeze. When ready, get you mix and pour it onto the pan ice plate, using the spatulas to mix and flatten the mix into a thinner layer, making sure that any other ingredients you want to add are added and chopped at this point. Keep mixing and flattening until you have flat ice cream, and using the spatulas, roll the ice cream and that's it. The rolling is not easy, and will require practice. You should have enough time to make about 4-5 different rolls before needing a refreeze which is fine, but would be better if the plate was larger.If you look on the popular video sharing site there are numerous videos of people making these ice cream rolls, which all use a far larger sized plate (well, shop sized really).I can't help feel that this is an item that you will use a few times and then it will just sit in the freezer. Its fun, gets the kids involved and doesn't take a lot of space up, you just need to practice to get it right

Works well. Small fits in cupboard easily. Great for pulling out to make ice cream. Good price.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a decent bit of fun to have with kids, but it is likely not worth the effort and mess over just buying a tub of ice cream.This is a handy pack which comes with everything you need, including ice cream mix which is ready to go and all other tools.It comes with all relevant instructions including YouTube videos to help guide you through the process.It is fairly simple to follow and even children will have no issues in following it.It is quite good fun to be honest, but I found it a bit of a mess about over just having a tub of ice cream.The tray goes in the freezer for a day, which prepares the plate. The mix goes in the fridge.Pour the ice cream on the frozen tray along with your extra bits perhaps cole chocolate etc then mix it together quickly - the plate freezes the ice cream very quickly.Then spread the mixture evenly over the full plate and leave for a few mins. Then use the spatula to roll out the ice cream mix.All fairly effective and simple to do.The taste is perfectly acceptable and I've no issues with it.Like I say it is a bit of good fun to create your own ice cream roll mixes, can pretty much put any additional fruit etc or other chocolatevor biscuits in the mix.But I think I'd just get a tub of ice cream. Nothing to clean up. This is just a bit of a mess about for meNonetheless it works as expected and I'm sure kids would love the fun way to make their own ice cream

Within a few mins the whole thing turns to ice cream. Amazing...We have used, strawberries, biscuits, mango, nuts.. and they all turn out fab.Simple and easy to clean. The only down side is the carton of ice cream mix is fairly large but can only be kept in the fridge for a few day after opening.
