FIRST REVIEW: I passed the return date. But am very unhappy with this pot. It leaks. I wish I read the reviews. What can I do now with it?SECOND REVIEW: The seller reached out to me and replaced the leaky pot with another one that did not leak. That is why I changed my review.

Purchased this replacement carafe. Noticed a slight leak where the plastic top meets the glass so I opted to return it. Customer service reached out to find out what was wrong with it. When I explained, they immediately refunded my money, told me not to worry about sending the defective carafe back, and offered to send me a new replacement carafe from their next shipment. Replacement arrived about 5 weeks later without any further action from me. They never asked for a positive review, just took care of me as a customer. Top level customer service.

My previous original pitcher was broken by my son. This one is a perfect replacement. O could not tell the difference. Works great

I bought this to replace my cracked carafe. It leaked from the first time I used it. It then broke within the first few days of use. The handle snapped right off of the base (nearly dumping hot coffee everywhere.)This is with me using it for small pots of coffee, nothing heavy. I superglued it back on as I couldn't return at that point. Even the superglue only fixed it for about a month. Ended up having to buy another replacement. Don't waste your money on this!

We broke ours and needed a replacement. It was delivered quickly and fit perfectly. The only thing I don’t like is the way it opens. It opens differently and it’s not as easy as the original one.
