Hibbent Basin Sink Pop-Up Waste Plug Push Pull Rod Lever Kit Bathroom-G 1 1/4 Chrome Finish

I just bought this to pick the parts and replace the rod and plug in my existing sink waste. I didn't want to replace the whole waste and I bend etc. it was a perfect fit, so a really quick job, and I'm very happy with the quality

Had to replace the pop up waste on my cloakroom basin as it was cracked and leaking. There wasn’t much choice online for this particular type but went for this one and not disappointed. The item even came a day earlier than planned! Was straightforward to fit and seems to be of good quality. There are instructions and these are easy to follow. Would highly recommend.

i was very pleased with the product quality, it looks rugged! It's easy to fit and connected to the sink trap easily. Will look out for future product of the same make. A plumber quoted me £90 + Parts + VAT to do the job and I did that within an hour!

Product replaced an old one. Quite thin material compared to original but fitted and works great without any leaks. I did swap the 2 rubber seals around so it would seal on the sink properly. The plug itself is made out of plastic so not sure how long it will last. A great replacement at a cheap price.

The kit is just OK, chrome plated plastic stopper (noooo), brass, thinner than the original, shiny chrome plated though, this fitted OK at the top, i still used silicone as the thing leaked at the top first time. The washer really needed to be a bit bigger for my bowl, so it got a bit of compression. The bottom however is a totally different story. To get the thing to stop leaking silicone on the bottom again under the washer. tighten up and make sure the exit hole for the lifter mechanism bar is at rear in my case. Bar fitted OK, but had to trim it down with hacksaw as it was too long in may case.I had to trip 4mm off the nut as it ran out of thread before it could get tight (others had reported this, so i was aware), because the metal is thinner the trap washer did not have much to seal with as it needs a flat surface, there is a 1mm overall diameter difference to my old waste fitting. So i would not recommend this one for the first time user. Once you know what you need to do to stop it leaking and to fit the trap properly, yes it works. But takes longer than it should, not sure if other traps on Amazon are better?

great bit of kit and worked as described. Fixed our broken one and was very easy to replace.
