Ordered this TV because we moved into a new home that had a TV niche in the office - we needed a smaller TV to fit into it. The price on this refurbished made it very attractive because we are fans of Samsung. It was very easy to set up. Picture and sound are great. Our stand/feet were included and with 4 screws we were ready to go. This is a great TV for what we needed; I was glad to see the refurbished price!

Nice picture and sound for a small tv. Great for our guest room. It has built in apps for Netflix, Hulu, spotigfy, etc. You don't need the cable box. I would recommend to anyone looking for this type of an application.

its only been less than a month that i have had this product and the sound goes out for about 30 seconds every 15-20 minutes, starting to get irritating. but i am going to make sure that its not a connection or wifi/cable issue before i send this product back.

Wiseguy has very helpful customer service on this TV, and this particular model is highly useful for folks who have motor homes, boats, or solar electric homes. Because of its external DC power supply box, the set can be operated on 12 volt DC systems with a cheap and energy-efficient 12-to-19 volt converter. After much research, this is the largest set available for DC operation. Also, the smart tv functions allow us to view marine navigation maps using wifi from our chartplotter/fishfinder, and to use a wireless mouse & keyboard for the internet.

The TV arrived well packed and working fine. However, if this info helps anyone...when I tried to wall mount the TV, none of the screws that came with the wall mount kit fit this TV. So, incase anyone else runs into this issue...It required four M4-25mm screws. The normal wall mount kits only come with M4-12mm and M4-35mm. Good deal for a medium TV - only thin I changed was I had ot buy 3rd party speakers to add to teh plugins on the back for ADDED sound quALITY - EVEN FULL VLOUME it reminded a of a cheap trANSISTOR RADIO from back in the 1960s -. However I always add sound systems to a TV, but for this TV it was necessary to even Understand what people were saying and most sound systems built in are better quality - at least for my EXPERIENCE and Expectations.

Great picture! And super easy to set up and use. I used to buy Sony, but I've found that I much prefer Samsung.

Seems to be a nice TV so far. Took some adjustment to get the picture quality how I like it. Has a handful of "motion control" settings that are on by default. Personally not a fan of it, makes high end movies look like they were recorded as a cheap soap opera. I'm mainly giving 3 stars because the base was NOT included. It currently rests on a couple pieces of 2x4 with foam board behind it to rest on the wall. Luckily I plan on wall mounting, just waiting on the mount. So buyer beware....base stand may not come with a refurbished model.
