Sadly the quick connector is missing and also the string on the mesh bag snapped. Not great!UPDATED! This has been rectified by seller. Good communication. The faulty item was exchanged and works now fine. You need a garden hose (which fills up the pool as you hoover) but works better for us as our pump doesn’t seem to cope with the other vacuum that connects to the pool recycling pump. Happy with this purchase now.

This is a manual pool cleaning brush. It's a clever concept of using a vacuum created by running water to suck up dirt from the pool floor.Setting it up was fairly straightforward and took about 5 minutes. It needs to be connected to a water supply via a garden hose.Using it is simple, turn on the water and move the brush along the pool floor.It was very effective at picking up larger debris items from the pool floor.The only issue I have with this way of cleaning the pool is that you are adding fresh water to the pool as you are cleaning it. If you have a smaller pool, you may be messing up the chemical balance and possibly affecting the temperature of the water.Overall a very good pool cleaning aid and useful for larger sized pools.

I was sent 2 similar products to test and review and this one is definitely the better option. This one comes with 2 things the other didn’t, a) instructions and b) a long pole to attach. The pole makes it much easier to use and more comfortable as you can do it from the side of the pool. The other one had a small handle so you had to get into the water and submerge your arm. This one I s very easy to use, you simply attach your hose to this and turn on the water, the water goes though it causing a vacuum which draws any dirt and debris up into the small bag. And that’s it, a very quick and easy way to clean your pool or hot tub. It’s actually a product I didn’t even know existed but it’s so much easier to use as you can get right to the bottom and into the sides of your pool and it saves your filter.

Cheap and doesn’t work , not worth buying

This is a quick way to clear debris from your pool. Simply connect a hosepipe to the unit via the quickfit connection and then brush the pool. The water from hose causes a backwash that sends any debris into the mesh bag. The length of pole means you can easily reach everywhere (my pool is 18x9ft and 4ft high) without getting in.

We had the pool in our garden for a few days and we used this vacuum cleaner, it is not magic but helps a bit and clean something.It is not difficult to use and works well.

Received this item, unpacked it, assembled it wasn't the easiest due to not so good instructions, but managed to get there eventually.Tried the system on our pool, it does pick things up "slightly" but the majority of debris and muddy areas remained down, I guess the design has very wide gaps between brushes that causes the smaller particles to stay down.I believe this product should be aimed at cleaning fallen leaves or large objects but for small dusty/sandy parts it's unable to perform the job.Build quality is ok (not great) the materials felt a little cheap plastics and overall did not give us a great feeling to use.I guess someone else might find this product useful perhaps?
