Relaxing. I have a torn meniscus and LCL sprain, not a deep message but the vibration is soothing and does help. Heating mechanism is Great!

The vibration is barely felt. There is difficult turning it on. Too bulky on top. Instructions need to be better. I was not please with this purchase

Makes my knee feel better, but…
Cant fix the bone on bone, but does feel good , especially the heat. I can get about three sessions from a charge. Wish the straps were a little linger, but there are extensions in the box. Very easy to use once you figure it out. Directions are a little vague. Update: within two weeks, it stopped charging adequately. A 24 hour charge provided only 18 minutes of heat or 9 minutes of massage. Returning!

Title: Dangerous, Defective & Unusable—Caused Burns
I purchased this heated knee massager hoping for relief for my grandmother-in-law, but within minutes of first use, the unit overheated, burned through the fabric, and left small but painful burn spots on her knee. This is unacceptable for any medical or wellness device. I’m returning it and demanding a full refund—and if you value your safety, steer clear. This product’s design and quality control are dangerously substandard. Amazon, please remove this from your listings until it’s completely redesigned and tested!

Be careful of seller
Why are we supposed to ship back the product when the seller tries to give you a faulty item. It's cheating openly. The seller should pick up the return i have already sent back the product but no refund has been made
