The wood handle is some of the most beautiful, very expensive looking,hand polished wood I have seen! Seriously awesome, all stainless no plastic here! Fit my Gevi 20bar unit perfectly. Buy it this veteran loves it.

I purchased this 51mm portafilter to replace the one that came with my Gevi. The fit is tight and the seal is great. It has good sturdy weight and construction. The insert was so tight initially that I didn't think it was two separate pieces! It cleans very easily. I disagree with the other review which mentioned a lessened amount of crema. That can be remedied by adjusting grind and dosage of espresso. It will always take some adjustment with a new portafilter. I am now consistently pulling beautiful shots of espresso every morning. The only negative point is that the handle screws into the filter/spouts. It sometimes comes loose and needs to be re-tightened. Not a big deal.

Buying accessories for a 51mm Espresso Machine can prove to be a bit of a gamble. As Espresso Machines go, 51mm is a fairly uncommon size, most accessories available are made for larger commercial 54-58mm sized machines. But more budget friendly Machines, like the Gevi 20 bar compact machine, has gained a following, bringing more folk to discover making espresso at home. That brings more people to seek out accessories that can work around the 51mm gauge standard. Add to it, there’s particular manufacturers design standards that complicates the buying decision. Gevi machines need a three-ear portafilter, with ears a shade less than 4mm thick. A difference that makes ordering a portafilter from Amazon a gamble even though a ad claims it fits. Prior to purchasing this two-spout I needed to return a bottomless portafilter claimed to fit my Gevi, that turned out a bit too thick in the ears. Too thick to fasten securely without risking breaking the shower head assembly on the machine.So when I had to return a purchase from a local store of a two-spout portafilter that claimed to fit my machine, I faced a gamble in purchasing this one.My purchase paid off. The fit is PERFECT!AND…after only three shots pulled using the new portafilter, I can attest this will be my go-to portafilter from here on out. The stock two-spout that came with the machine now resides in a drawer. It uses a double wall filter basket, which is handy ONLY if regular ground coffee is all I have to brew with.This two-spout Porto is made for single-wall unpressurized filters. If a double wall filter is to be used, the manufacturer suggests adding a paper filter or screen in the portospout should be positioned under the filter. I’ll still pull the stock pressurized portafilter out in a pinch, but ONLY in a pinch.If you have a GEVI 20 Bar Compact machine. Pull the trigger. It’s A SURE THING!

We ordered this for the jassy espresso machine because we didn’t like the quality of the one it came with and we’re blown away!!! It is amazing quality!!!

NEOUZA 51mm Portafilter with two spouts fitted well to Gevi 20 bar espresso machine (model GECME022-U). It came with an warning that pressurized porta filters cannot be used with it. But a heck around it is to place a stainless mesh pug screen inside the porta filter below a pressurized porta filter to minimize coffee spaying out at a high pressure. I am happy with the purchase.

This item is not actually compatible with the Hamilton Beach espresso maker as advertised, even though the maker does take 51mm portafilters. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning it. Thanks.

Very good quality and substance. It does not create the amount of crema that the original porta filter did. It took way too long to arrive. When the order was placed, it was not clear that the item was coming from off shore.

Great product. Fits my Morphy Richards machine better than the original. Premium feel with both the metal parts and the wooden handle. The shorter size is ideal for a smaller kitchen. And the taste with the unpressurised basket is a definite improvement.
